摘要
清末,政府和民间对于铁路重要性的认识发生了重大转变,铁路权被视为国家主权的重要内容,这推动了各省自办铁路的发展。为保护利权,杜绝帝国主义对铁路权的觊觎,云南积极筹划自建滇蜀铁路,并成立滇蜀铁路公司,通过认股、盐捐、粮捐等多种方式筹集路款。但最终因资金等困难,被清政府收归国有。民国初年,中法签订钦渝借款合同,滇蜀铁路被并入钦渝线的筹建之中。
At the end of the Qing Dynasty, the government and the civil society had made a major change in the importance of the railway, and the railway right was regarded as an important content of national sovereignty, which promoted the development of the autonomous railway.
