清末滇蜀铁路的自办及其失败

摘要 清末,政府和民间对于铁路重要性的认识发生了重大转变,铁路权被视为国家主权的重要内容,这推动了各省自办铁路的发展。为保护利权,杜绝帝国主义对铁路权的觊觎,云南积极筹划自建滇蜀铁路,并成立滇蜀铁路公司,通过认股、盐捐、粮捐等多种方式筹集路款。但最终因资金等困难,被清政府收归国有。民国初年,中法签订钦渝借款合同,滇蜀铁路被并入钦渝线的筹建之中。 At the end of the Qing Dynasty, the government and the civil society had made a major change in the importance of the railway, and the railway right was regarded as an important content of national sovereignty, which promoted the development of the autonomous railway. In order to protect the rights and interests, put an end to imperialism on the railway right coveted, Yunnan actively planning self-built Yunnan-Sichuan Railway, and the establishment of Yunnan-Sichuan Railway Company, through the subscription, salt donations, grain donations and other ways to raise road. But eventually due to financial difficulties, was the Qing government received state. In the early years of the Republic of China, China and France signed the contract of Qin Yu loan, and the Yunnan-Sichuan railway was incorporated into the construction of Qinzhou-Chongqing line.
