中国政协与越南祖国阵线比较初探

Try to compare Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference with the Vietnam Fatherland Front

中越两国由于具有相同的政治制度模式,因此,在中越两国政治制度范畴内的中国政协与越南祖国阵线也有很多相似之处,如与本国共产党的关系、在国家政治体制中的地位、成员组成以及基本职能等方面;但是也有区别,如职权行使有专门的法律依据、设置层次以及在国家政治生活中所发挥的实际作用等方面。通过相互比较,可以从越南祖国阵线改革中汲取有益的成分,推动中国人民政协进一步改革和完善。

China and Vietnam are both Communist socialist countries, and because they all have the same political system model, the C.P.P.C.C has many similarities with the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front. For instance, there are similarities in the leadership of their Communist Party, the status of the political structure, the composition of the members and the basic functions. But on the other hand there are also differences, such the special legal basis, the administrative levels and the practical role in their national life. By compared with each other, we can draw the beneficial section from the reform of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, and promote our C.P.P.C.C further reform and improvement.
