从“共治天下”看宋代政治运行的转变——以南宋官僚抑制宦官为视角

The Transformation of Political Operation in Song Dynasty——In the Perspective of the Southern Song Dynasty Bureaucracy to Restrain the Eunuchs

宦官作为皇权附庸的"变态群体",对历史的影响几乎乏善可陈,他们恃恩擅权,影响政府运行。然而,在专制集权进一步发展的宋代,却没有出现严重宦官乱政现象,究其原因,宋代"共治天下"的治国之策对宦官干政起到很好的抑制作用。从"共治天下"这个角度探索南宋官僚群体对宦官干政的抑制情况,利于了解宋代"共治天下"的政治选择及官僚群体主体地位的显现,把握政治运行的转变和治理思路的不同。

The impaction of the Eunuchs on the history is almost adverse effect. The authoritarian of the song dynasty have got further development. However, there are no serious phenomenon political interference. The reason is the policy of ＂cogoverning＂ with the scholar-bureaucrats. From this perspective to discovery the sanctions about the bureaucrats to the eunuchs can help us to understand the choice of ＂co-governing＂ and the prominence of the Bureaucrat＇s dominant role. And that it can make for us to grasp the transformation of political operation and the difference of Management concept.
