皖北城乡物流一体化发展水平评价分析

The Analysis of Evaluation of Developing Level of Urban-rural Logistics Integration in Northern Anhui

推进城乡一体化发展离不开城乡物流一体化的支持。构建了由四个一级指标,十七个二级指标组成的城乡物流一体化发展水平评价指标体系,收集了皖北六市的相关数据,利用因子分析法对皖北六市的城乡物流一体化发展水平进行评价,并从加大皖北城乡物流基础设施建设力度、推进皖北城乡物流信息平台建设等方面给出推进皖北城乡物流一体化发展的政策建议。研究结果表明:皖北各市城乡物流一体化发展水平不均衡,存在较大差异,阜阳的城乡物流一体化发展水平最高,淮北最低。

Promoting the development of urban-rural integration is inseparable from the support of urban-rural logistics integration. This paper proposes evaluation index system of development level of urban-rural logistics integration which is constructed by four one class indexes, and seventeen second grade indexes. It collects the relevant data in the six cities of Northern Anhui, and evaluates the development level of urban-rural logistics integration in Northern Anhui by using the factor analysis method. Finally, the policy recommendations are given from increasing the intensity of urban-rural logistics infrastructure, promoting information platform construction of urban-rural logistics and so on in order to promote the development of urban—rural logistics integration in Northern Anhui. The result shows that： the development level of urban-rural logistics integration is not balanced in Northern Anhui; Fuyang＇s is the highest, and Huaibei＇s is the lowest.
