蒙自市第二小学五年级学生体质健康测试数据研究与分析

The Study and Analysis of Health Test Data for Fifth Grade Students in the Second Primary school

本研究采用数理统计法,运用Excel软件对2015年蒙自市第二小学五年级632名学生的身体形态、身体机能、身体素质三方面的体质测试数据进行统计分析,其研究结果表明:蒙自市第二小学五年级学生在身体形态指标上超重、肥胖、低体重还占有一定比例,全年级男、女生肺活量机能水平整体成绩表现一般,座位体前屈测试成绩男生平均成绩高于女生,女生在柔韧性素质上的优势并不突出。50米×8往返跑测试成绩显示,该年级女生在耐力素质能力上要比男生表现的更为优越。

This study USES mathematical statistics method, using the Excel software to mengzi, in 2015 the second primary school grade five of the 632 students body shape, body function and physical quality, three aspects of the physical test data for statistical analysis, the results show that the movement, the second primary school grade five students on the 1） body configuration index of overweight, obesity, low weight also occupies certain proportion, the whole function of male and female lung capacity, grade level overall performance, seat devices for bend test scores boys average score higher than girls, girls in the advantage of flexibility, quality is not prominent. The 50 m x 8 round-trip test results showed that the girls showed superior performance in endurance quality compared with boys.
