摘要
学前教育专业学生顶岗实习满意度是评价顶岗实习工作效果的关键因素,也是优化和完善学前教育专业顶岗实习工作的重要依据和遵循。文章以云南三所地方高校学前教育专业为研究对象,探究了学生对顶岗实习整体状态的满意情况,研究表明:学前教育专业学生对顶岗实习总体满意度比较高,但不同民族、不同生源、不同学历层次、不同顶岗实习学校属性和区域、不同顶岗实习时间等变量方面,学前教育专业的学生在相关的评价要素中对满意度存在显著差异。还对相关高校进一步提升学前教育专业学生顶岗实习满意度提出了相应的建议。
The satisfaction of the in-post internship for preschool education major is key of assessing the effects, and so is an important basis of optimizing it. The study is analyzing the satisfaction of entirety about student's in-post internship, based on preschool education major of three local universities in Yunnan. It shows that preschool education major has higher overall satisfaction of in-post internship. But it has significant differences on satisfaction of some relevant evaluation elements, such as different nationalities, different source student, different educational background, different school attributes and regions and different time for in-post internship. Finally, the study gives relevant suggestions of further promoting the satisfaction of preschool education major students about related universities.
