摘要
论文主要研究利用不同剂量的He-Ne激光辐照蒙自地方栽培优质稻种子:如云恢290、会粳17号、明两优527、两优1259,对其发芽和生长的影响,统计种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、根长,根数,利用spss19.0软件作相关统计分析,Duncanα<0.05水平下有统计学意义,及对种子萌发和根的性状做量子力学分析,后得到结论:He-Ne激光辐照在一定程度上可以促进稻种的萌发和幼苗生长。
In this paper, the effects of Seed Germination and growth of cultivated rice,for example,Yun Hui290.Hui jing17.Ming Liangyou527 and Liangoyu1259,in Mengzi by different doses of He-Ne laser irradiation were studied.Germination rate, germination potential, germination index, root length and root number of the seeds were collected. Date was analyzed by SPSS19.0 statistical software.Difference was statistically significant when the Duncan α value is less than 0.05. The seed germination and root characters were analyzed by Quantum mechanical.The conclusions are:The germination and seedling growth of rice seeds can be promoted by HeNe Laser irradiation to some extent.
