协同培养机制与创业绩效关系的实证研究——创业能力作为中介变量

An Empirical Study of Collaborative Training Mechanisms and Entrepreneurial Performance-take Entrepreneurship as Mediator

以创业能力为中介变量,通过构建结构方程,实证研究协同培养机制与创业绩效关系。探讨了国家政策保障、高校创业教育、产业协同培养三个内生潜变量与创业型人才创业绩效这一外生潜变量的相关关系及路径系数,并且探讨了创业能力的中介作用。研究得出三个内生潜变量对创业型人才创业绩效影响程度的标准化路径系数分别是0.40、0.75、0.58,这为创业型人才协同培养机制设计提供了重要启示,需要政府、大学、企业等创新主体的系统共生,协同培养创业型人才。

In this paper,it took entrepreneurship as mediator,and constructed a structural equation,empirical research collaborative training mechanisms and entrepreneurial performance.It discussed the correlation and path coefficients between three endogenous latent variables which include national security policy,enterprise education and industry coculture relationship and the exogenous latent variable that entrepreneurial talent entrepreneurial performance.It explored the entrepreneurial ability of the intermediary role.The study results showed three endogenous latent variables on standardized path coefficient entrepreneurial talent entrepreneurial performance levels are 0.40,0.75,0.58.This synergy of entrepreneurial talent training mechanism design provides an important revelation,symbiotic system needs innovation principal government,universities,enterprises,co-develop entrepreneurial talent.
