摘要
我国教师评价制度起步较晚,高校教师评价经历了"恢复—发展—健全"等过程,中小学教师评价经历了从建立发展到初步实施的过程。现行教师评价制度以便于教师管理、以学生考试成绩来衡量和多选择量化方法为主要特征,同时评价目标失当和评价标准的单一也是主要问题。基于以上问题分析,绩效性评价与发展性评价相结合,尊重教师在评价中的主体地位,构建多主体的评价参与协调机制,当是我国教师评价改进的方向。
China started late on the teacher evaluation system.The evaluation system of college and university teachers has experienced the process of "resumption-developing stage-perfecting stage";while the evaluation system of primary and secondary school teachers has experienced the process of establishment,developing stage,and the preliminary implementation.The current teacher evaluation system shows some major features of making the teachersjob manageable,measuring by studentstest scores and using multi-selective quantification methods.Meanwhile the inappropriateness of appraised goals and the simplicity of evaluation standard are the major problems in this area.Based on the above analyses,the teacher evaluation system should be improved on the following aspects:the combination of performance evaluation and development evaluation,the respect for teachers as the subject in the evaluation system,and the construction mechanism of multi-subject in evaluation,participation and coordination.
