An Analysis on the Dynamic of the University Entrepreneurship Education in America from the Perspective of the Systematic Theory

系统论对高校创业教育发展动力研究有重要的启示和借鉴价值。运用系统分析方法对美国高校创业教育发展动力进行深入分析,我们发现美国高校创业教育发展动力呈现四个特点,即高校创业教育系统是一个开放系统、高校创业教育系统处于远离平衡态的非平衡态、高校创业教育系统内部存在非线性相互作用、涨落会引起高校创业教育系统的有序发展。揭示美国高校创业教育发展动力作用关系,可以通过建构、优化、调整,推动高校创业教育系统的有序演化。

The systematic theory has a great important enlightenment and reference value on university entrepreneurship education analysis.By using this method to analyze the university entrepreneurship education of America,we will find four characteristics：the university entrepreneurship education system is an open system,the university entrepreneurship education system is away from the equilibrium,the university entrepreneurship education system has a nonlinear interaction internally,the fluctuation will cause an orderly development of the university entrepreneurship education.To reveal the dynamic relationship on the development of the university entrepreneurship education in America,it will promote the orderly evolution of the university entrepreneurship system by construction,majorization and adjustment.
