And, it is not possible to achieve desired effects of encouraging registration by offering certain benefits on remedies in copyright infringement. The development of Internet technology and the rise of online copyright exchange platforms provides a third path for the renovation of the copyright registration system. The copyright registration system for the purpose of exchange could be justified according to the princi- ples of intellectual property law. Online copyright exchange platform＇ s registration and examination orig- inated from its reasonable duty of care, and could be implemented under the current legal framework. In order to achieve ideal effects, it is necessary to provide incentives for registration, and to implement a differentiated examination mechanism. This registration scheme is indeed a desirable option to crack the dilemma of copyright registration system.
