鲍曼不动杆菌临床分离株消毒剂抗性基因研究

摘要 目的了解鲍曼不动杆菌临床分离菌株消毒剂抗性基因携带情况。方法采用PCR扩增技术,对山东省部分医院临床分离的鲍曼不动杆菌消毒剂抗性基因(qacA/B)携带情况进行检测。结果 23株临床分离的鲍曼不动杆菌均未检出qacA/B基因。临床分离鲍曼不动杆菌中,有91.30%菌株染色体携带qacEΔ1-sul1基因,有95.65%菌株质粒携带qacEΔ1-sul1基因。结论本研究中临床分离的鲍曼不动杆菌菌株qacA/B基因携带率极低,而qacEΔ1-sul1基因携带是普遍现象,提示鲍曼不动杆菌易在菌株之间进行抗性基因传播。 Objective To understand the dsinfectant-resistant gene characteristic of Acinetobacter baumannii clinical isolates. Methods The Polymerase Chain Reaction( PCR) method was used to test the disinfectant-resistant gene of Acinetobacter baumannii strain from hospitals of Shandong province. Results 23 clinical isolates of Acinetobacter baumannii were selected to test the disinfectant resistance genes. None of them had qacA/B gene in chromosome or plasmid. Among the 23 clinical isolates of Acinetobacter baumann,21 of them had qacEΔ1-sul1 gene both in chromosome and plasmid,1 strain only had qacEΔ1-sul1 gene in plasmid,and 1 strain was without qacEΔ1-sul1 gene both in chromosome and plasmid. The positive rate of qacEΔ1-sul1 gene in chromosome and plasmid were 95. 65% and 91. 30%,respectively. Conclusion The clinical isolates of Acinetobacter baumannii have a low carrying rate of qacA/B gene,While the clinical isolates of Acinetobacter baumannii carrying with qacEΔ1-sul1 gene are common. The high rate carrying with qacEΔ1-sul1 gene in plasmid of Acinetobacter baumannii shows that it is easier to spread the resistance genes between strains or species.
