摘要
目的了解洁净手术室内实施Ⅰ类切口连台手术中空气质量的动态变化及影响因素。方法采用仪器法和平板沉降法,对某医院洁净手术室在实施脊柱手术过程中空气质量进行动态监测。结果第一台手术与连台手术开始10 min期间空气质量变化不明显。第一台手术结束后10 min内空气中尘埃粒子数达到峰值,随着患者出手术室逐渐下降,缝皮结束后20 min即可降至初始水平。在第一台与连台手术期间,该手术室空气中尘埃粒子数和沉降菌数均在规范规定的限值范围内。结论该医院洁净手术室在手术实施过程中,空气中尘埃粒子数随手术时间、物品移动等活动,空气中尘埃粒子数受到影响,但监测结果均在规定的限值范围。
Objective To investigate the dynamic changes and the effects of class I incision surgery in air quality factors of the implementation of the clean operating room. Methods The air quality of a clean operation room in a hospital was monitored dynamically by means of instrument and plate sedimentation method. Results The results of the first operation and continuous operation of 10 min during the air quality change were not obvious. At the end of the first operation,the number of dust particles in the air reached the peak at 10 min,and gradually decreased to the initial level after 20 min at the end of the suture. In the first stage and during the surgery,the operation room of dust particles in the air and the number of settling bacteria count in the standard prescribed limits. Conclusion In the implementation process,during the clean operation room surgery,the number of dust particles in the air is affected by the operation time,moving objects and other activities,but the monitoring results are within the prescribed limits.
