成都市消毒产品卫生安全评价现状调查

Investigation on current status of hygiene and safety evaluation of disinfection products in Chengdu

目的了解成都市消毒产品卫生安全评价现状,为进一步做好卫生安全评价及评价报告备案工作提供参考。方法采用自行设计的调查表和访谈提纲对成都市正常生产的第一类、第二类消毒产品生产企业及企业所在区(市)县备案机关工作人员进行调查和访谈,随机抽查部分已备案卫生安全评价报告的规范性和完整性。结果第一类、第二类消毒产品生产企业产品卫生安全评价报告备案率为87.2%。备案机关已备案卫生安全评价报告288份,总合格率为57.6%,委托生产的国产产品、进口产品和抗(抑)菌剂合格率低,不合格原因主要为检验项目不齐和标签说明书不规范。备案公示不规范情况较突出。结论成都市消毒产品卫生安全评价及评价报告备案仍存在较多问题,需联合各方力量多措并举做好消毒产品卫生安全评价、评价报告备案和监管,进一步规范消毒产品市场。

Objective To understand the current status of hygiene and safety evaluation of disinfection products in Chengdu,and to provide reference for further evaluation and report recording work. Methods Self-designed questionnaire and interview outline were used to investigate the enterprises which produced the first and second category disinfection products and to interview the staffs of the record-keeping offices in the districts where the enterprises were located. Some of the recorded hygiene and safety evaluation reports were sampled to evaluate their standardization and integrity. Results The record rate of the first and second category disinfection products in enterprises was 87. 2%. 288 hygiene and safety evaluation reports of disinfection products were recorded. The total qualified rate was 57. 6%,which was quite low in contracted domestic products,imported products and antimicrobial or bacteriostatic agents. The main unqualified reasons were inspection items incomplete and label specification unstandardized. The post-record publicity was not standardized. Conclusion There are still many problems in the hygiene and safety evaluation of disinfection products and the report recording work in Chengdu. All parties should be cooperated with each other and multiple measures are needed to strengthen the hygiene and safety evaluation,report recording and supervision of disinfection products for further regulation of the market.
