摘要
知识经济时代,知识型员工人力资本价值日益凸显,知识型员工敬业度已经成为衡量企业人力资源管理效能的重要指标。知识型员工具有较强的自主意识、较高的职业素养和综合素质、流动意愿更强和更加注重成就感以及自我价值实现等特点。从企业员工对工作的精力和情感投入程度、对企业组织的认同等几个方面细化知识型员工敬业度与一般员工敬业度的差异特殊性,为企业有效提升知识型员工敬业度提供了理论基础。
In the era of knowledge economy,the human capital value of knowledge-based employees is increasingly prominent,so the employee engagement is becoming an important index to measure the human resource management effectiveness.According to analysis,it shows that knowledge-based employees have a strong sense of self-determination,professional quality,mixed-ability,following desire and paying more attention to accomplishment,self-value realization and so on from some aspects such as the energy of work and degree of emotional involvement and the identification of enterprise organizations of employees.To refine the particularity and differences of engagement between knowledge-based employees and general employees,this study provides a theoretical basis for enterprises to improve their engagement effectively.
