基于技术创新开放度的创新绩效评价模型构建

Construction of Innovation Performance Evaluation Model based on the Openness of Technology Innovation

技术创新是国家竞争优势和企业持续发展的关键,全球化、开放式创新成为当今企业进行技术创新,追求持续竞争力的有效途径。很多学者从利益相关者的资源互补角度提出开放式技术创新有利于创新绩效的提高。但是由于开放式技术创新需要一定的开放成本,对外部技术的依赖性增强,管理成本增大,这些都会对创新绩效带来负面影响。因此,有学者提出企业的技术创新开放需要一个"度"———开放度。因此,有必要从开放度的不同维度来分析其对创新绩效的影响机制,构建其概念模型,以其为以后的实证研究提供相应依据。

Technological innovation is the key to national competitive advantage and sustainable development of enterprises.Globalization and open innovation have become the effective way for enterprises to carry out technological innovation and pursue sustainable competitiveness.Many scholars propose that open technological innovation is conducive to the improvement of innovation performance from the perspective of stakeholder resources.However,due to the need of open costs for open technical innovation,the strengthen of dependence on external technology,and the increase of management costs,these will have a negative impact on innovation performance.Therefore,some scholars put forward that the open of technological innovation of enterprises need a limit,which is openness.This paper attempts to establish a connection between the openness of technological innovation and innovation performance,to analyze the mechanism of its effects on innovation performance from different dimensions of openness,construct the conceptual model,to provide corresponding basis for future empirical researches.
