摘要
通过多种色谱分离方法对角果木根部真菌Fusarium sp.JG13代谢产物的化学成分进行研究,从其发酵液中分离得到六个化合物,利用波谱等方法分别鉴定为罗布麻宁(1)、4-羟基苯乙酸甲酯(2)、对羟基苯甲醛(3)、1-oxo-(1H)-cyclopenta[b]benzofuran-7-carbaldehyde(4)、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(5)、甘露醇(6)。所有化合物均为首次从角果木真菌发酵产物中分得。
Chemical constituents of Fusarium sp. JG13 metabolites in ceriops investigated by various chromatography, and six compounds were isolated from tagal root were its fermentation liquid. The compounds were identified by spectral methods as apoeynin (1), methylphy- droxybenzene-acetate ( 2 ), p-hydroxybenzaldehyde ( 3 ), 1 -oxo-( 1H ) -cyelopenta [ b ] benzofuran-7- carbaldehyde (4), dibutyl phthalate (5) and D-Mannitoll ( 6 ). All the compounds were isolated for the first time from the fermentation products of tagalsin fungi.
