拉斗铲倒堆工艺技术特征分析及应用 被引量:1

摘要 为了在条件适宜的露天矿推广应用拉斗铲倒堆工艺,总结了单台拉斗铲的基本作业方式和拉斗铲倒堆的工作线布置方式,分析了拉斗铲的工艺技术特征;我国大型露天矿采用拉斗铲倒堆工艺时,拉斗铲作业方式宜采用扩展平台倒堆方式或者联合作业方式,工作线布置方式宜采用相向推进或相背推进2种方式。以黑岱沟露天煤矿为例,介绍了其拉斗铲作业方式及工作线布置方式,计算得出其拉斗铲工作面移动速度为29.89m/d,稍大于采煤工作面移动速度,其矿山工程发展协调。 To promote the application of dragline stripping technology under appropriate conditions, the basic operation methods of single dragline and the arrangement modes of dragline working line were summarized, and the technical characteristics of dragline stripping technology were analyzed. When the dragline stripping technology is applied in large surface coal mines in China, the extended bench or combined operation method should be used, and the working line advancing toward or away from each other should be adopted. Taking Heidaigou surface mine as an example, its dragline operation method and arrangement mode of drag- line working line were analyzed, the dragline workface advance rate of Heidaigou surface mine is 29. 89 m/d according to calculations, which is little more than that of mining coal workface advance rate, the result shows that the mining engineering of Heidai- gou surface mine is harmonious.
