探讨法治与改革的关系目的在于找出深化改革的路径。我们需要改变对法治与改革之关系的简单思辨,在对立统一关系中探寻法治与改革的统合体。"在深化改革中拓展法治"的命题是对法治与改革关系的高度凝练,其中一核心内容是统合法治与改革关系的"法治改革"概念。在此概念基础之上,深化改革以"法治中国"为目标,"法治中国"则以深化改革为路径。在深化改革和法治建设过程中融入社会主义核心价值观,使得法治与改革两种方法都有了价值追求,也是在深化改革中拓展法治的正确方向。

The aim of relationship discussing between rule of law and reform is to find the way of reform deepening. We need to change our simple speculative thinking of them and explore a unity between the rule of law and reform through their unity of opposites relationship. ＂ Expand The Rules of Law in deepening reform＂ highly concise the relationship between rule of law and reform. Among them, ＂the rule of law reform＂ concept as a core content unify their relationship. On the basis of this concept, reform deepening making ＂the rule of law in China＇as goal and ＂the rule of law in China＂ making re- form deepening as path. We can integrate Socialist core values into the process of reform deepening and the rule of law con- struction, making this two methods beth have value pursuit, it is also the right direction of the rule of law expanding in deepening reform.
