摘要
结合燕山石化苯乙烯装置的运行现状,分别对装置的乙苯单元、乙苯脱氢单元、苯乙烯精制单元能耗高的原因进行分析,通过对乙苯单元优化调整,降低烷基化反应苯和乙烯的进料比、烷基转移反应苯和多乙苯比,乙苯精馏系统优化控制等措施,节约3.5 MPa蒸汽3 t/h。对乙苯脱氢单元流程优化,取消原有氧化脱氢反应器,节约反应所需3.5 MPa蒸汽约4 t/h,0.32 MPa蒸汽约1 t/h。对苯乙烯精制单元及蒸汽系统节能优化,节约0.32 MPa蒸汽0.5 t/h。装置总体节能约88 kg EO/t苯乙烯,节能效果显著。
Based on operation situation of the styrene plant in Yanshan Petrochemical, this paper is to identify the reasons and solutions for high energy consumption in ethylbenzene unit, ethylbenzene dehydrogenation unit and styrene refining unit. The proposed measures such as fine-tuning the ethylbenzene unit and the ethylbenzene distillation system, and reducing the benzene/ethylene feed ratio in alkylation reaction and the benzene/ polyethylbenzene feed ratio in transalkylation reaction can save 3.5 MPa steam up to 3 t/ho Refining ethylbenzene dehydrogenation process and eliminating oxidative dehydrogenation reactor can cut down 4 t/h of 3.5 MPa steam and 1 t/h of 0.32 MPa steam needed in the reactions. In addition, 0.5 t/h of 0.32 MPa steam is saved by optimizing the styrene refining unit and the steam system. The overall energy saving in the styrene plant is about 88 kilograms of standard oil per ton of styrene, a remarkable result.
