摘要
加氢脱硫是目前催化裂化(FCC)生产超低硫汽油的有效技术手段。加氢精制催化剂在加氢脱硫技术中起着至关重要的作用,催化剂要在满足深度脱硫的条件下尽可能降低辛烷值损失。目前,加氢精制催化剂进入低成本时代,降低催化剂的成本势在必行。文章介绍了通过改变载体成型方式制备低成本高活性加氢脱硫催化剂,并采用N_2吸附–脱附、NH_3–TPD、XRD对催化剂进行分析表征,结果显示催化剂具有适宜的孔道结构和酸性,负载的金属活性组分在载体上高度分散。在中型固定床试验反应装置对催化剂的性能进行评价,结果显示催化剂的加氢脱硫反应活性高、原料适应性宽、稳定性好,处理低硫和高硫原料均能满足生产硫含量小于10μg/g的国Ⅴ标准清洁汽油的需要。
Hydrodesulfurization is an effective technical method to refine catalytic cracking (FCC) gasoline into ultra-low sulfur gasoline product. Hydrofining catalyst plays an important role in hydrodesulfurization technology. The catalyst should satisfy the condition of deep desulfurization and lowest possible octane loss. At present, it is imperative to reduce the cost of catalyst in cost-cutting age. This paper mainly introduces the new development of low-cost catalyst. In this paper, the catalyst of low cost and high hydrodesulfurization activity is prepared by changing the carrier forming method. The catalyst is analyzed and characterized by N2 adsorption-desorption, NH3-TPD and XRD. The results show that the catalyst has appropriate channel structure and acidity, and suitable dispersion metal active component in support. The catalyst activity is evaluated in the pilot fixed-bed test reaction device. The results show that the catalyst has high desulfurization reactivity, wide raw materials adaptability and good stability, which could meet national V clean gasoline standard of less than 10 μg/g sulfur content when processing low sulfur and high sulfur FCC gasoline.
