扬子石化1~#乙烯装置环保与低排放停开车分析 被引量:5

摘要 乙烯装置按传统方案停车时除大部分液相物料进行回收外,其余系统内物料几乎全部排放火炬,不仅造成了极大浪费,而且不利于环境保护。文章介绍了扬子石化1~#乙烯装置大检修期间,采用低排放停开车方案,做到装置开停车"零排放",实现"火炬无黑烟,现场无异味,物料无浪费"的目标,做到了环保、经济停开车。 In traditional ethylene plant shutdown, most liquid streams are recovered, but the rest streams in the facilities still are sent to the flare for burning off, resulting in big losses and environmental problems. This paper describes how the low-emission turnaround operation plan is carried out and how the zero-emission startup and shutdown is realized in No. 1 ethylene plant in Sinopec Yangzi Company, which help achieve the target of "no black smoke in flare, no peculiar smell in site and no losses of materials", and make the startup/shutdown operation more pro-environmental and economic.
