摘要
为降低催化裂化再生烟气中的污染物,按照中国石化"碧水蓝天"环保行动部署,中国石化湛江东兴石油化工有限公司150万t/a催化裂化装置增上烟气脱硫脱硝除尘单元,技术采用罗塔斯(Lo TOx^(TM))臭氧氧化脱硝及美国杜邦贝尔格公司(BELCO)湿法脱硫技术(EDV)。装置投产后,催化裂化装置外排烟气污染物浓度大幅度下降,SO_2浓度由1 679 mg/m^3下降到0,氮氧化物浓度由73 mg/m^3下降到11.07 mg/m^3,粉尘浓度由112.62 mg/m^3下降到13.74 mg/m^3,远低于国家排放标准,减排量分别为2 872.31、105.95、169.16 t/a,具有很好的环保效益。脱硫脱硝除尘装置具有良好的操作弹性,运行稳定,满足四年一修的长周期运行要求。
In order to deal with the harmful substances such as SOx, NOx and particulate matters existing m FCC flue gas as a response to Sinopec's "Clear Water, Blue Sky" Project demand, Sinopec Zhanjiang Dongxing Petrochemical has added a desulfurization, denitration and dust removal unit in its 1.5 MMt/y FCCU, which adopted ozone oxidation and denitrification technology of LoTOxTM and EDV of DuPont BELCO. The operation results show that with the use of the desulfurization, denitration and dust removal technology the mass concentration of flue gas pollutant is declined significantly. The mass concentration of SO2 is declined from 1 679 mg/m^3 to 0 mg/m^3, nitrogen oxides from 73 mg/m^3 to 11 mg/m^3, and dust from 113 mg/m^3 to 14 mg/m^3, which are far below the national emission standards, with emissions reduction by 2 872 t/y, 106 t/y and 169 t/y respectively. The desulfurization, denitration and dust removal unit has the merits of flexibility and stability, satisfying the requirement of long run length of one overhaul every four years.
