摘要
金陵分公司火炬气回收装置主要是回收利用公司各套装置排放的火炬气。该装置在运行过程中存在以下问题:火炬气回收设施能力偏小,无法满足火炬气全部回收的要求;火炬气增压工艺落后、不完善,影响火炬气回收;螺杆压缩机设备故障率高,影响火炬气回收。结合分公司火炬气回收的实际情况,采取新增干式气柜和高压螺杆机,优化螺杆压缩机运行等措施,基本消除火炬气排放火炬,实现了火炬气的全部回收。同时对现用机组进行技术改造,节约了能源消耗,降低了加工损失。
The main function of the flare gas recovery unit in Jinling Company is to recycle the flare gas discharged by its various facilities. This unit has following problems in operation: inadequate recovery capacity tailing to recycle all of the flare gas, outdated and deficient flare gas pressurization process affecting the gas recovery, and high fault rate of screw compressor impacting the gas recycling. To target these problems, the company has taken responsive measures such as adding dry gas cabinet and high pressure screw compressor and optimizing screw compressor operation, which have helped basically eliminate the flare gas emission, and maximize gas recovery. In addition, the renovation of the current facilities has also cut down energy consumption and processing loss.
