摘要
随着我国油气田生产企业节能管理水平的不断提升和节能技术的不断进步,油气田企业的节能潜力被不断压缩。目前节能工作已经由管理节能及单体设备的技措节能逐步转变为区块整体节能改造的方式。通过区块采油、集输等各系统的整体优化,主要在机采、注水、集输、加热等系统实施生产方式转换,才能实现节能降耗。但这些节能措施节能量的测试和计算具有一定的系统性和复杂性。通过对节能量计算基础理论研究,以采油区块节能改造为例,采用系统能量平衡的方法,推导出了系统能量单耗、系统效率、节能率及节能量的计算公式,方便了现场管理人员的统计和计算工作。计算公式同样也适用于其他类型的整体改造项目的节能指标测试与计算。
As China's oil enterprises have made continuous progress in energy management and technology, their energy-saving potential is tapering off. Now energy-saving effort in oilfields is shifting from management and single equipment to whole block. It is only by integrated optimization of oil production, gathering and transportation system, particularly operation mode transformation in oil extraction, water injection, heating system and etc, that the energy-saving and cost-reduction can be achieved. But the calculation of the energy-and-cost reduction is of systematicness and complexity. Based on basic theory research on calculating energy-saving and on a case of energy- saving project in an oil block, the method of system energy balance is adopted to deduce the formula of system energy consumption, system efficiency, energy-saving rate and energy-saving amount, which are convenient for energy statistics and calculation on site, and also suitable for test and calculation of similar integrated energy-saving projects.
