十二届全国人大常委会第二十八次会议6月27日下午在北京人民大会堂闭幕。会议经表决，通过了国家情报法、关于修改水污染防治法的决定、关于修改民事诉讼法和行政诉讼法的决定；决定免去陈吉宁的环境保护部部长职务，任命李干杰为环境保护部部长，免去陈政高的住房和城乡建设部部长职务，任命王蒙徽为住房和城乡建设部部长，国家主席习近平分别签署第69、70、71、72号主席令予以公布。张德江委员长主持会议。
The 28th Session of the Standing Committee of the 12th National People＇s Congress came to a close at the Great Hall of the People on June 27. The meeting passed by vote the State Intelligence Law, Decision of Revising the Law on Prevention and Control of Water Pollution, Decision of Revising Civil Procedure Law and Administrative Procedure Law, the decision of dismissing Chen Yming fiom the post of Minister of Ministry of Environmental Protection, the decision of appointing Li Ganjie as the Environmental Protection Minister, the decision of removing Chen Zhenggao fiom the office of Minister of the Miniswy of Housing and Urban-Rural Construction, the decision of appointing Wang Menghui as the new Housing Minister, and the above decisions have been made public through the President Orders No. 69, 70, 71, and 72 signed by President of the People＇s Republic of China （PRC）. Chairman Zhang Dejiang chained the meeting.
