最高人民检察院党组书记、检察长、司法体制改革领导小组组长曹建明6月30日主持召开最高检司法体制改革领导小组第十六次会议，学习贯彻中央全面深化改革领导小组第三十五次会议关于检察机关提起公益诉讼试点的有关精神、十二届全国人大常委会第二十八次会议关于修改民事诉讼法和行政诉讼法的决定，研究贯彻落实意见。曹建明强调，全国检察机关要坚决贯彻党中央改革部署，认真学习领会修改後民事诉讼法和行政诉讼法，全面深入做好试点工作总结，科学谋划全面开展检察机关提起公益诉讼工作，更好地加强公益保护、促进法治政府建设。
Cao Jianming, the party group secretary, chief prosecutor, and group leader of the Leading Group of the Judicial Institutional Reform of the SPP on June 30 chaired the 16th meeting of the Judicial Institutional Reform Leading Group, studying the relevant guiding principles about public interest litigation and pilot projects by the procuratorates raised at the 35th meeting of the Central Leading Group for Deepening Overall Reform, studying and implementing decision about revising civil and administrative procedure law from the 28th meeting of the Standing Committee of the National People＇s Congress of the 12th NPC. Cao Jianming stressed that national proeuratorate agencies shall be determined to implement the deployment of the reform schemes of the party central committee, study and grasp the tenets of the revised civil and administrative procedure law, and the pilot projects shall be conducted and concluded in a comprehensive and in-depth manner for procuratorate agencies to implement the public interest litigation work in a bid to enhance public interest protection and promote the construction of government by law.
