5月15人下午，最高人民法院召开新闻通气会，发布第二批10个涉“一带一路”建设典型案例，最高人民法院民四庭副庭长刘敬东介绍了有关情况并回答记者提问。刘敬东介绍说，此次发布的典型案例都是“一带一路”建设中常见的纠纷类型，涉及信用证开证、股权转让合同、居间合同、独立保函、海域污染损害赔偿、海上货物运输合同、承认和执行外国仲裁裁决、承认和执行外国商事判决等案件，案件所涉的法律问题均具有很强的代表性。
In the afternoon of May 15, the Supreme People＇s Court （SPC） of P.R.C. held a news briefing at which the SPC released the second batch of ten typical cases concerning the B＆R Initiative. Liu Jingdong, Deputy President of the No.4 Civil Tribunal of the SPC briefed the audience on relevant information and took questions from the press. According to Liu, the typical cases released this time are all common types of disputes concerning the B＆R Initiative, including the establishment of L/C （letter of credit）, contract of stock transfer, brokerage contract, independent L/G （letter of guarantee）, compensation for marine pollutions, contract of carriage of goods by sea, recognition and enforcement of foreign arbitral award, recognition and enforcement of foreign judgment of commercial matters.
