3月23日，在全国检察机关学习贯彻全国两会精神电视电话会议上，最高人民检察院党组书记、检察长曹建明强调，各级检察机关要积极服务“一带一路”建设，加强与“一带一路”沿线国家和地区司法合作，建立周边国家检察官交流培训协作机制，突出惩治和预防基础设施互联互通、经贸合作产业区建设等领域犯罪，为企业“走出去”保驾护航，为国家战略的推进提供强有力的司法支持。
On March 23, at the national video conference of procuratorial authorities on learning the spirits of the ＂Two Sessions＂ （NPC and CPPCC）, Cao Jianming, Procurator- General and Party Secretary of the SPP of the People＇s Republic of China stressed that procuratorial authorities at various levels must actively support the B＆R Initiative, strengthen international judicial cooperation with countries along the B＆R Initiative and establish exchange and training collaboration mechanism with neighboring counterparts. The priority is given to the prevention and punishment of crimes concerning infrastructure connectivity and construction of trade and investment industrial zones, so that strong judicial supports can be provided for companies investing abroad and for the implementation of national strategies.
