5月2日，2017年全国人大常委会立法工作计画对外正式公布。伴随依法治国理念的不断深入，大到国家利益和安全的维护，小到普通民众的衣食住行，法律对社会经济生活影响的广度和深度不断扩大，因此，立法工作越来越受到各界的关注。作为国家最高立法机关，全国人大常委会立法工作计画是对本年度全国人大常委会立法工作的具体安排，其重要性不言而喻。
