近日，经中央全面深化改革领导小组批准同意，《中国法学会改革方案》印发。《方案》强调，中国法学会是党领导的人民团体，是法学界、法律界的全国性群众团体、学术团体和我国政法战线的重要组成部分，是党和政府联系广大法学法律工作者的桥梁纽带。面对新形势新任务，必须着力推进法学会改革创新，全面提高履职能力和服务水平，团结引领广大法学法律工作者在全面依法治国中建功立业。《方案》明确了中国法学会改革的指导思想、基本原则和目标要求。《方案》从8个方面提出了37项具体改革措施。
Approved by the Central Leading Group for Deepening Overall Reform, the Reform Outline of China Law Society was publicly issued. It was stressed in the outline that the China Law Society is a people＇s society under the leadership of the party, a mass group and academic body with national scale in the jurisprudence circle and legal profession, which constitutes an important part of the political and legal battlefront, also a bridge connecting the party and the government with the vast majority of law and legal professions. The new situation and new tasks call for reform and innovative practice in terms of the work of the China Law Society in fulfilling its duty and improving its service in uniting the most majority of legal professionals and academia to make achievement in comprehensive building of law-based governance. The draft lays down specific guiding thoughts, basic principles and objectives for reform of the China Law Society. 37 specific reforming measures in 8 aspects are included in the outline.
