6月21日，根据香港第五任特首林郑月娥的提名名单，正式发布新一届香港政府21名主要官员任命，包括三司十三局与五个部门的首长。三司十三局任命如下：政务司司长张建宗、财政司司长陈茂波、律政司司长袁国强、教育局局长杨润雄、食物及卫生局长陈肇始、保安局局长李家超、财经事务及库务局长刘怡翔、环境局局长黄锦星、创新科技局长杨伟雄、民政事务局长刘江华、运输及房屋局长陈帆、发展局局长黄伟纶、劳工及福利局长罗致光、商务及经济发展局局长邱腾华、政制及内地事务局长聂德权以及公务员事务局长罗智光。
On June 21, in accordance with a list appointed by the fifth chief executive of Hong Kong Carrie Lam Cheng Yuet- ngor, 21 major officials of the Hong Kong government were officially appointed, including chiefs of three agencies, thirteen bureaus and five departments.
