摘要
STEM教育以培养具有跨学科思维能力的创新型人才为目标,融合了做中学、建构学习、体验式教学等教学模式,具有现实问题导向、跨学科学习、团队协作实施和社会服务支持等特点。将STEM教育引入幼儿园,对教师提出的挑战主要是,教师需要对不同类型的知识具备较强的敏感性,努力提高自己的提问与回应以及反思能力。其中也蕴含着发展机遇,即有助于教师提升自己的职业形象,改变自己的儿童观和教育观。
STEM, whose goal is to cultivate creative people with cross-disciplinary thinking ability, combines teaching models like learning while doing, construction learning, and experiential learning. The features of STEM include practical problem oriented teaching, cross-disciplinary learning, team cooperation, and serving the society. To introduce STEM into kin- dergarten, the challenges for teachers mainly are teachers need to be more sensitive to various types of knowledge, and im- prove their own ability of asking questions and responding to questions. Teachers should also take this as an opportunity to improve their professional image and change their opinions about children and education.
