Comparative Analysis of Reaction Time of Elite Swimmers

目的了解陕西省游泳运动员与全国前三名游泳运动员出发反应时的差距,为提高陕西省游泳运动员竞技能力水平提供参考。方法对2015年黄山全国游泳锦标赛陕西省运动员所参与项目的出发反应时进行等级划分,并从性别、主项、游距等方面与全国前三名游泳运动员出发反应时进行对比分析。结果陕西省游泳运动员的出发反应时明显不如全国前三名运动员(P<0.01),男性游泳运动员出发反应时显著优于女性(P<0.01),仰泳出发反应时要明显快于其他泳式(P<0.01),自由泳出发反应时明显快于蝶泳(P<0.05)。结论陕西省男、女游泳运动员均有较大提升空间,应有计划的加大出发技术的训练。

Objective To understand the difference between Shaanxi swimmers and the top three swimmers in China, and provide reference for swimmers＇ competitive ability improvement in Shaanxi. Methods Classification method was used to analyse the difference between athletes about their reaction time in 2015 Huangshan National Swimming Championships from several aspects, such as gender, dominant term and swimming distance. Results The results of the Shaanxi province swimming athletes＇ reaction time was not as good as the national top three athletes（P〈0.01）, male swimmer reaction time was significantly better than that of the female（P〈0.01）, backstroke reaction time was significantly faster than other strokes（P〈0.01）,reaction time of crawl was obviously faster than the butterfly（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Male and female swimmers in Shaanxi province still have have space for improvement, and should be planned to increase the training of reaction techniques.
