摘要
采用4台整体式斯特林制冷机作为冷源,使用真空绝热板和聚氨酯复合发泡的绝热技术制作箱体,研制了一台有效容积为750 L,工作温度低于-80℃的低温冰箱。建立了箱体内空气流动与换热的物理和数学模型,运用FLUENT软件进行模拟仿真,仿真结果与冰箱测温实验结果吻合良好。
A low temperature refrigerator using four integral Stirling coolers has been developed. Its ef- fective cubage is 750 L and internal temperature could achieve below - 80 ℃. Compound thermal insula- tion is adopted in the tank. The inner layer is vacuum insulation panel and the outer layer is rigid polyure- thane foam. The physical and mathematical model of the air flow and heat transfer inside the refrigerator have been established. The temperature and velocity fields are calculated by utilizing the FLUENT software, and computed results agree well with experimental data.
