低温火箭仪器设备隔热安装结构设计与试验研究

摘要 提出一种低温火箭仪器设备隔热安装结构并对其隔热效果进行低温摸底试验研究。隔热安装结构由聚酰亚胺隔热垫与聚醚醚酮支座组成,试验结果表明所设计的隔热安装结构可有效隔离低温环境的影响,使仪器设备表面温度保持在0℃以上,满足仪器设备的使用要求。 A low temperature rocket thermal insulation structure was presented and its thermal insula- tion effect at low temperature were studied by experiments. The thermal insulation installation structure is consists of a polyimide (PI) thermal insulation pad and a polyether ether ketone (PEEK) bearing. The ex- perimental results show that the designed insulation structure can effectively reduce the influence of low tem- perature environment so that the surface temperature of the instrument and equipment is kept above 0℃ , which can meet the requirement of the instrument and equipment and can improve the reliability of the new generation rockets.
