摘要 目的研究朱砂中与血液中汞离子浓度以及肾脏毒性相关的成分,为朱砂的减毒炮制以及在临床上的科学用药提供重要的理论依据。方法应用偏微分原理,运用化学、毒理学、药动学以及细胞学的研究方法,对朱砂中与其毒性相关的成分进行均一背景下的分解研究,从中找出与朱砂肾脏毒性相关的主要成分。结果整体实验研究表明,朱砂中共存成分改变了汞在血液以及体液中的化学位,从而改变离子通道的通透性,有利于汞离子通过离子通道而被吸收以及在肾脏中分布;朱砂中的肾脏毒性成分并非仅来源于硫化汞或汞本身,其他共存成分对朱砂毒性的影响也是不可忽视。结论改进朱砂的炮制方法,在朱砂的炮制过程中,尽量除去硝酸根、氯离子、镁离子等不必要的共存离子,减小水飞朱砂的毒性,可提高临床用药的安全性和制剂的安全性。 Objective To study some components relative to the concentration of mercury in plasma and the toxicity associated with cinnabar, and provide important evidence for the safety and reasonable application of cinnabar in clinical medicine and scientific preparation. Methods On the basis of partial differential principle, doing research on the components concerned to cinnabar toxicity respectively and equally by the methods of chemistry, toxicology, pharmacokinetics and cytology for finding components corresponding to cinnabar toxicity. Results The overall experimental results show that some coexisting ingredients of cinnabar may cause the changes of the chemical potential of mercury in plasma, as well as body fluid, and the permeability of the ion channel, which is conducive to gastrointestinal absorption and transportation to kidney of mercury ions. Experiments on cells indicate that almost all its components of cinnabar contribute to its toxicity. Conclusion In order to reduce the toxicity of water-handled cinnabar and make it safer, both in clinical treatment and industrial products, cinnabar processing methods should be improved by removing nitrate, chloride, magnesium ions unnecessary coexisting ions .
