护理干预联合半导体激光治疗中风后肩手综合征 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察护理干预联合半导体激光治疗中风后肩手综合征患者的临床疗效。方法 2014年1月-2015年12月入住我院针灸四科,并满足相关纳入标准的60例中风后肩手综合征患者作为研究对象。随机分为治疗组和对照组,各30例。2组均给予神经内科及针灸科基础治疗,治疗组在此基础上给予护理干预联合局部半导体激光治疗,20 min/次,1次/d,7次为1个疗程,共治疗2个疗程。观察2组日常生活活动能力(Barthel指数评定)、肿胀程度、疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS),对治疗效果进行科学评估。结果治疗前后2组疼痛感、肿胀情况以及肢体运动能力和治疗效果比较差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论护理干预联合半导体激光治疗能够有效的缓解中风后肩手综合征病人的疼痛感、水肿情况,并且使得肢体的运动能力得到了一定的恢复。 Objective To observe the clinical effect of nursing intervention combined with semiconductor laser therapy on shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke. Methods 60 patients from January 2013 to January 2015 with shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke hospitalized in the acupuncture and moxibustion ward of our hospital were selected as the study subjects in four cases of stroke patients with shoulder hand syndrome. And randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each of 30 cases. The two groups were given the basic treatment of medicine and acupuncture, the treatment group were given nursing intervention combined with local semiconductor laser treatment, 20 minutes each time, once a day, 7 times for 1 courses, a total of 2 courses of treatment. Before and after treatment, the activities of daily living (Barth index), swelling degree, pain visual analogue scale (VAS) were observed in two groups. Results After treatment, two groups of patients with pain, swelling and upper limb motor function and efficacy evaluation were statistically significant (P〈0.05), the treatment group was better than the control group. Conclusion Nursing intervention combined with semiconductor laser therapy can significantly improve the limb pain and swelling degree of patients with shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke, and improve the limb motor function.
