Research progress of hemostasis of femoral artery puncture site of TACE

回顾整理2006-2016年肝动脉化疗栓塞术(TACE)股动脉穿刺部位加压止血的相关文献,对加压覆盖及固定材料、加压包扎及压迫止血方法、加压及制动时间、并发症影响因素、表现及处理方法进行总结归纳。通过比较分析,罗列出适宜的材料、方法、时间及并发症处理方法,为今后工作提供有力依据。选择合适的加压固定材料,采用正确的压迫加压方法,计算合理的制动时间,可以达到有效止血、规避并发症发生、提高患者舒适度的效果。

Objective To investigate the method of hemostasis of femoral artery puncture site of TACE. Methods The relevant literatures on hemostasis of femoral artery puncture site of TACE from 2006 to 2016 were reviewed. The influencing factors, manifestations, treatment methods of prelum cover and fixed material, prelum bandage and hemostasis, pressure and braking time, complications, manifestation and treatment were summarized. Results Through comparative analysis, listed appropriate materials, methods, time and complications treatment methods to provide a strong basis for future work. Conclusion Choosing appropriate prelum fixed material, using the correct compression and compression method, calculating reasonable braking time can effectively stop bleeding, avoid complications and improve the comfort of patients.
