羊毛/仪纶交织物染色工艺

Dyeing of wool/Yilon interwoven fabric

研究了羊毛/仪纶交织物的一浴法染色。羊毛/仪纶交织物可以采用酸性/分散染料、活性/分散染料或中性/分散染料常压一浴法染色,温度98~100℃;染深色时,如果各项色牢度要求高,则染色时加入载体;为了防止分散染料对羊毛纤维的沾色,先在45℃加入染料和助剂染羊毛5 min,然后升温至70℃,加分散染料和助剂保温5 min,再以1.0℃/min速率升温至98~100℃,保温50~80 min。试验表明,用活性/分散染料染色的成品同色性好,各项色牢度均可以达到4级及以上,起毛起球也达到了4级,布面的p H值符合产品要求。

One bath dyeing of wool/Yilon fabric was studied. Wool/Yilon fabric can be dyed one bath by acid/disperse dye,reactive/disperse dye,or neutral/disperse dye at 98 ～ 100 ℃. When fabric was dyed dark,if color fastness was demanded high,the carrier was added into dye solution. In order to prevented disperse dye touching wool fabric,wool of wool/Yilon fabric was dyed at 45 ℃ for 5 min,then heat up to 70 ℃,Yilon was dyed by disperse dye and auxiliaries for 5 min. Color fastness of the finished product can be achieved 4 level,pilling can reach 4 class,the p H value of the finished product can reach the requirement of the product.
