摘要
以新型CM0104-36型多组锡林起毛机为例,阐述了起毛机的基本结构与工作原理,说明了该机型的电气配置要求与设计思路,重点分析了通过PLC(可编程控制器)和触摸屏进行控制,变频器调速与直流共母线的使用,零点起毛及起毛力的计算,前后起毛机之间安装张力杆调节平衡与自由PID的使用,从而实现设备的精确传动控制。PLC、触摸屏及变频器在起毛机上的应用,操作简单,人机对话方便,提高了生产效率及稳定性,同时改善了产品的质量,提升了装备现代化水平。
The new CM0104-36 multi-group cylinder raising machine is taken as an example to illustrate the basic structure and working principle of the raising machine,and the electrical configuration requirements and design ideas of the machine are analyzed. The PLC( Programmable Controller) and the touch screen control,frequency converter and DC bus a total of the use of zero-fluff and hairiness calculation,before and after the installation of tension between the hairpin rod balance and the use of free PID,in order to achieve the precise transmission equipment control. PLC,touch screen and frequency converter in the raising machine on the application,simple operation,convenient man-machine dialogue to improve production efficiency and stability,while improving the quality of products and enhance the level of modernization of equipment.
