通过对流动沙漠地区中小口径长输管道工程特点的分析,选择手工打底半自动填充盖面的焊接工艺、主线路机械化补口补伤工艺、沉管法管沟开挖工艺、大开挖公路穿越工艺。达到对工程更好的质量控制、进度控制和成本控制目标。

On the basis of analyzing characteristics of small to medium-sized long distance pipeline construction in shifting desert engineering project, we select SMAW and flux-cored electrode semi- automatic as welding method, immersed tube method on pipe canal digging, heavy excavation as crossing road method. And we suggest to use mechanized joint coating method for mainline. By using these construction methods, we can do quality control, progress control and cost control better.
