摘要
水平井入窗技术可以根据储层的位置随时调整井眼轨迹,实现"钻头跟着设计走"到"钻头跟着储层走"的转变。结合第四采气厂水平井施工实践经验总结了一套在不实施导眼井的情况下利用近钻头处实时采集的各种地质参数超前预测和识别地层和油气显示情况,并根据需要及时调整井眼轨迹,引导钻头准确钻达目标层的入窗技术。水平井入窗技术包括:卡准标志层初步预测目标层顶界海拔;应用海拔校正对比较精确预测目标气层顶界海拔;确定合理的入窗井斜角探目标气层顶界;利用钻时、岩屑和气测录井对比验证是否钻遇目标气层和确定合理的入窗垂深以降低水平段施工难度等步骤。
horizontal well window entry technology can adjust the well trajectory at any time according to the position of reservoir, and -ealize the change of "drill bit follows design" to "drill bit follows reservoir" . This paper combines the fourth horizontal well gas production plant construction experience summarized a set of the implementation of pilot well under the condition of using near bit real-time acquisition of various geological parameters prediction and identification and formation of oil and gas show, and adjust well trajectory timely according to the needs, guided into the window drill drilling to the target accurately layer. Horizontal well into the window technique include: card quasi marker preliminary forecast target layer top elevation; application of- more accurate prediction of the altitude correction target reservoir top altitude ; determine a reasonable window inclination on the top boundary of target reservoir; using drilling, cuttings and gas logging verified whether the drilling target gas and determine the window in order to reduce the vertical depth of horizontal section construction difficulty and reasonable steps.
