OTO模式风险规避混沌现象探析

摘要 OTO模式是一种将线下商务与线上互联网平台融合的电子商务商业模式,这种模式在中国蓬勃发展,前景大好。但正如所有商业模式一样,OTO模式存在风险现象。本文利用混沌理论相关知识,对OTO模式系统内部出现微小偏差并经过逐级放大最后导致结果与理想值大相径庭现象,通过"牛鞭效应"分析,发现并提出产生风险的原因及解决对策;通过建立改进的"涡旋吸引子"模型,分析风险变化的规律及利用"吸引子"有效控制风险的思路;最后通过"山体"模型,进一步阐述了规避风险的策略。 The OTO model is an e-commerce business model that combines offline business opportunities with the online lnternet. This model is booming in China and has a bright future. But like other business models,there is a risk in the OTO model. In this paper,we use some relevant knowledge of chaos theory to analyze the phenomenon that by amplifying the small deviations in thesystemofthe OTO model, and finally the results are very different from the idealresults. Through the "bullwhip effect" analysis, we find and propose the causes of risk and solutions. Thenthrough the establishment of an improved "vortex attractor" model, this paper analyzes the law of risk changes, and uses "attractor" to effectively control risk. Finally through the "mountain risk comparison model" , this paper further expounds the risk avoidance strategy.
