A Brief Analysis on the Implementation of Advantage Education Is the Inevitable Choice of Literacy Education in Higher Vocational Colleges——Taking Beijing College of Finance and Commerce as an example

加强职业素养教育作为高等职业院校培养高端技术技能型人才过程中开展的重要工作,在此过程中必然要尊重学生的特点,挖掘学生自身的资源,即实施"扬长教育",这不仅是"扬长教育"自身应有之意,更重要的是由高职学生特点和高职实践育人的特点决定的,高职院校在培养学生职业素养的过程中,必然要坚持"扬长避短",因材施教,高职教师要坚持做"人人是胜者"教育理念的实践者和探索者,助力高职大学生成长成才,实现人尽其才。

Strengthening professional accomplishment education is an important work in the process of training advanced technical and skilled talents in higher vocational colleges. In this process, we must respect the characteristics of students and tap their own resources, namely the implementation of the ＂advantage education＂, which is not only the ＂advantage education＂ its proper meaning, more important is decided by the characteristics of higher vocational students and higher vocational education practice. In the process of training students＇ professional accomplishment,higher vocational colleges must adhere to the make best use of the advantages and bypass the dis- advantages, and teach students in accordance with their aptitude. Higher vocational teachers should become the practitioners and explorers of ＂everyone is the winner＂ education idea, so as tohelp students to grow up to become a useful person.
