摘要
针对变换器中多谐波和开关损耗以及输出不稳定问题,对一种直流谐振型有源辅助电路成的软开关逆变器进行研究,完成开关管的的零电压通断,降低通断损耗。控制模块中采用以电感电流反馈的内环,外环为电压瞬时反馈相结合的双闭环控制策略提高系统稳定和动态响应特性。通过对数据分析,实验结果验证了系统设计的可行性和有效性。
For converter in a harmonic and switch loss, and output instability problem, so put a DC resonant active auxiliary circuit into the research of soft switch inverter, complete on-off switch tube of zero voltage, reduce the loss of on and off. Control module based on inductor current feedback in the inner ring and outer ring for voltage instantaneous feedback with the combination of double closed loop control strategy to improve system stability and dynamic response. By analyzing the data, the experimental results verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the system design.
