本文从吉林省上市企业融资状况入手,通过吉林省企业上市数量、行业分布、融资及再融资情况,分析本省企业围绕上市直接融资存在的主要问题体现在上市企业数量少、融资额较低、上市速度进程缓慢,在此基础上积极探讨加大本省直接融资力度的解决办法,并提出建议。

This article from the Jilin province listed enterprise financing conditions of Jilin Province,through the number of listed fi rms,industry distribution,fi nancing and refi nancing situation,analysis of the province enterprises around the main problems listed for direct fi nancing,refl ected in the number of listed companies,the amount of fi nancing is low and the speed of the slow process of listing,and actively explore with the province direct fi nancing solutions,and puts forward some suggestions.
