摘要
本文采用文献资料法、访谈法和逻辑分析法等对我国射击运动教练员队伍的发展历程和组成结构进行总结,并对教练员队伍建设的问题进行分析,发现:教练员缺乏整体规划、教学方法不够统一和系统、相关的理论学习不够,理论指导实践的能力不足,如心理学在运动员上的指导与运用不够,项目职业化进程慢和业绩评价单一、激励机制不完善等问题,并提出了制定并实施自上而下的人才培养总体规划、规范运动技能培训教学纲要和鼓励创新、搭建更有活力的业务能力提升机制等解决对策,为促进我国射击教练员队伍建设提供一些了理论支撑。
This paper summarizes the development process and composition of the shooting trainers in China by means of literature, interview and logic analysis, and analyzes the problems of the construction of the coaches.
