摘要
目的探讨大学生的体育锻炼价值认知与其运动动机的关系。方法采用了《运动动机量表》(张力为,2001)和大学生体育锻炼价值认知评定标准对600名大学生进行了测试。结果 (1)大学生体育锻炼价值认知能够有效预测其运动动机。(2)大学生体育锻炼价值认知对其运动动机的参与倾向具有显著的解释力(R2=37.70%,F=107.463,p<0.001)。(3)大学生体育锻炼价值认知对其运动动机的回避倾向维度显著的解释力(R2=1.60%,F=3.842,p<0.05)。结论大学生体育锻炼价值认知与运动动机之间存在密切的关系。大学生对体育锻炼价值的认知水平越高,越是倾向于参加体育锻炼。
Objective Explore the relationship between College Students'value cognition of physical exercise and motivation. Method This study used the Sport Motivation Scale ( Liwei Zhang, 2001 ) and Evaluation standard of college students physical exercise value. In this study, 538 college students were tested. Results 1. College Students "value cognition of physical exercise can effectively predict College Students'sports motivation. 2. College Students "value cognition of physical exercise has significant explanatory power on the participation tendency R2 = 37.70%, F = 107. 463, p 〈0. 001. 3. College Students'value cognition of physical exercise has significant explanatory power on the avoidance tendency 1t2 = 1.60%, F = 3. 842, p 〈 0. 05. Conclusions There is a close relationship between motivation and College Students'value cognition of physical exercise. The more College Students inclined to partici- pate in physical exercise , the higher the cognitive level of the value of physical exercise.
