新阶段下高校学生基层党组织建设发展模式探究——以华北电力大学核科学与工程学院本科生党支部为例

高校学生基层党组织是培养中国特色社会主义事业合格建设者和可靠接班人,培养高质量大学生的组织保证。党的十八大以来,以习近平为总书记的党中央深入开展基层党建工作,高度重视高校基层党组织建设和学生党员的发展。本文阐述了新背景下高校学生基层党组织的重要性,针对在发展制度、培养模式、思想建设和工作制度上存在的一系列问题,提出合理化的规划和建议,探究学生基层党组织的发展模式。

The basic level party organization of college students is the organizational guarantee for the cultivation of qualified builders and reliable successors of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the cultivation of high-quality college students.Since the Eighteenth National Congress of the CPC,Xi Jinping,as general secretary of the CPC Central Committee,carries out grassroots party building work and attaches great importance to the construction of the basic level party organization and the development of student party members in Colleges and Universities.This paper expounds the importance of the grassroots party organizations of college students in the new context,aiming at a series of problems in the development system,training mode,ideological building and working system of College Students′basic level party organizations and puts forward reasonable plan and suggestion,researching on the development model of students′Party organizations at the basic level.
